Which payment methods do you take?
We accept credit/debit cards, WooPay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Choose your preferred method at checkout.
Do you use AI in your cover images?
Some but not all elements were created using AI tools. The use of AI tools gives authors an opportunity to have beautiful and unique book covers for an affordable price. Generally speaking, it will be difficult to avoid AI entirely since every digital design software now offers AI tools. Be aware that many graphic designers use AI tools but will claim they do not.
What’s your refund policy?
In order to ensure the exclusivity of the cover designs, returns and refunds will not be possible outside of extreme circumstances. If you have any issues with your order or design, please contact us and we will rectify the situation to the best of our ability. Visit our Returns and Refund Policy page for more information.
How long after my purchase will I receive my designs?
Front cover design templates are available immediately after purchase. If you would like for your front cover/ eBook cover to be customized by us, you will typically receive design options within 24 hours. Back cover and spine designs require further design time. We will be in contact via email for every step of the design process.
